Expressly tailored to meet the distinct needs of each individual estate to which we tend, the Fletcher Estate Care Program ensures impeccable year-round maintenance for homes throughout New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Our program ensures that both the interior and exterior of your home are fully cared for and that its systems are maintained in pristine working order.
A Streamlined Process
1.) Consultation
With open communication at the forefront of our philosophy, our program begins with a homeowner consultation during which your individual home care expectations and maintenance objectives are discussed. This dialogue helps to identify areas where our program might be most valuable to you and enables us to start compiling a customized program designed specifically for your property.
2.) Inspection
An integral part of the program, inspections consist of a thorough review of all interior and exterior spaces of the estate and provide us with the vitals on your home’s health; with a baseline established, we can develop required maintenance schedules that meet the specific needs of your home. Any anticipated repair projects or updates for the season can also be addressed during this step.
Upon completion of the inspection, our proprietary cataloging program enables us to generate a comprehensive report, replete with photographic exhibits, that identifies issues and highlights areas of concern.
Inspections fall into 2 distinct categories:
Full House Inspection – Detailed inspection (4-8 hours)
Routine Inspection – Standard inspections (1-2 hours)
Daily

3.) CUSTOMIZED
SERVICE PLANS
Fletcher Estate Care offers fully integrated and customizable service plans to address all tasks related to the year-round maintenance of your home. Clients can select any or all of the services within a given plan to build the program that best fits their needs. To help clients maximize our offerings, services are broken down into 4 categories:
Preventive Maintenance – Maintenance tasks identified from inspections
Annual Maintenance – Required annual maintenance (Mechanicals)
Lifestyle – Services to aid in the efficiency of daily activities
Improvements/Expansions – Home updates and/or expansions
4.) IMPLEMENTATION:
With a project manager assigned to keep you informed throughout each step of the process, your customized program runs smoothly and efficiently. While Fletcher Development only employs vetted, licensed and insured contractors who are experts in their respective fields, the PM continually assesses any and all work performed. Maintenance work is always reviewed and documented with the date of completion so that future inspections can be kept up-to-date and scheduled accordingly. Your project manager is tasked with orchestrating all maintenance schedules and will also assist you in establishing an account in our Fletcher App, through which all scheduling will be coordinated. Strict confidentiality protocols are upheld to protect the privacy of clients and exceptional support is provided to clients throughout the implementation of the program.
Preventive Maintenance:
The preventive plan focuses on maintenance solutions for your home. Issues that were identified in either the Full House or Routine inspections will be assigned the appropriate service. Service costs are based upon time and materials, and an estimate is provided prior to resolving the issues-at-hand. Preventative services include, but are not limited to:

Annual Maintenance:
Properly maintained mechanicals—such as the equipment that provides heating, cooling, and hot water—run more efficiently, have a lower probability of breakdown, and are proven to exhibit extended unit longevity. Fletcher Estate Care manages the required annual service of these mechanicals and will schedule the vendor who is best fit to work with the specific makes and models in your home.
